Halloween Particular - Chandelure (Pokemon)

Chandelure is a Pokémon that resembles a sentient chandelier. It has a striped, circular head, and circular, educatee-less yellow eyes. There is a telephone of small-scale, dark spikes on summit of its caput alongside a tall, royal flaming inwards the center. From a black spike below its caput, dark arms curl upward. These arms are tipped with imperial burn. Chandelure's fires make non burn its victims physically, instead burning their spirit. After hypnotizing its opponent past waving these flames, it absorbs the victim'second spirit.
